Day 1: Transfer from Delhi to Nainital | Lake Town & Scenic Views

Morning/Afternoon: Arrive in Delhi (Airport/Railway Station). Our representative will meet you and facilitate your transfer to Nainital, the charming 'Lake District' of Uttarakhand. Enjoy the scenic drive as you ascend into the beautiful Kumaon Himalayas.

Late Afternoon: Upon arrival in Nainital, check into your hotel. After refreshing, begin your exploration of the town's highlights:

Nainital Lake: Enjoy a serene boat ride on the shimmering Nainital Lake, the heart of the town (optional, at extra cost).

Naina Devi Temple: Visit the revered Naina Devi Temple, located on the northern shore of Naini Lake.

Tiffin Top (Dorothy's Seat): Hike or take a pony ride (optional, at extra cost) to Tiffin Top (Dorothy's Seat) for panoramic views of Nainital town and the surrounding Kumaon hills.

Snow View Point: Take a cable car ride (optional, at extra cost) to Snow View Point, offering breathtaking vistas of the majestic Himalayas, including Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Nanda Kot peaks.

Bhimtal Lake: Visit Bhimtal Lake, the largest lake in the Kumaon region, known for its island aquarium and boating facilities (optional, at extra cost).

Night: Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 2: Nainital Sightseeing Tour | Full Day Exploration

Morning: After breakfast, dedicate a full day to further explore the beautiful surroundings of Nainital.

Full Day Exploration: Depending on your interests, you can revisit any favorite spots from Day 1, explore more viewpoints like Eco Cave Garden, High Altitude Zoo, or simply enjoy leisurely walks along The Mall Road, indulging in local shopping and cuisine. You might also opt for a longer excursion to other nearby lakes like Sattal or Naukuchiatal (optional, at extra cost).

Night: Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 3: Nainital to Kausani | En Route Sightseeing & Himalayan Panoramas

Morning: After breakfast, check out from your Nainital hotel and begin your scenic drive to Kausani, a tranquil hill station famous for its 300-km panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks, including Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli.

En Route Sightseeing: Enjoy the picturesque drive through the Kumaon hills. You might make stops at charming villages or viewpoints to capture the changing landscapes.

Afternoon: Arrive in Kausani, check into your hotel, and refresh.

Late Afternoon: Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of Kausani. Visit the Anasakti Ashram (Gandhi Ashram), where Mahatma Gandhi stayed and wrote his commentary on the 'Anasakti Yoga'. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance and the stunning views. You can also explore the Kausani Tea Estate, learning about tea processing and enjoying fresh mountain tea.

Evening: Witness a spectacular sunset over the Himalayas from your hotel or a designated viewpoint.

Night: Overnight stay in Kausani.

Day 4: Kausani - Joshimath | En Route Sightseeing & Gateway to Himalayas

Morning: After breakfast, check out from your Kausani hotel and embark on a long but incredibly scenic drive to Joshimath, a significant town in the Garhwal Himalayas and a gateway to several religious and trekking destinations.

En Route Sightseeing: The journey will take you through dramatic mountain landscapes, alongside gushing rivers like the Alaknanda, and through quaint villages, offering continuous photo opportunities and glimpses of local life. You may stop at significant confluences (Prayags) of rivers.

Evening: Arrive in Joshimath, check into your hotel, and relax after the extensive journey.

Night: Overnight stay in Joshimath.

Day 5: Joshimath - Excursion to Auli | Skiing Paradise & Ropeway Views

Morning: After breakfast, get ready for an exciting excursion to Auli, a renowned skiing destination and pristine meadow.

Auli Ropeway: Take the famous Auli Ropeway (cable car, optional, at extra cost) from Joshimath to Auli, one of the longest and highest cable cars in Asia, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Nanda Devi, Mana Parvat, and Dunagiri peaks.

Auli Exploration: Upon reaching Auli:

Visit the Auli Artificial Lake, which provides water for the snow guns in winter to maintain the ski slopes.

Enjoy the vast, pristine meadows (Bugyals) in summer, perfect for leisurely walks amidst alpine flora. In winter, Auli transforms into a skiing paradise, offering thrilling slopes.

Afternoon: Spend ample time enjoying the natural beauty and fresh mountain air of Auli.

Evening: Return to Joshimath. Overnight stay in Joshimath.

Day 6: Joshimath - Haridwar via Rishikesh | Spiritual Serenity & Ganga Aarti

Morning: After breakfast, check out from your Joshimath hotel and begin your scenic descent to Rishikesh, the "Yoga Capital of the World" and a major pilgrimage center.

Afternoon: Arrive in Rishikesh, check into your hotel, and refresh.

Evening: Immerse yourself in the spiritual vibrancy of Rishikesh:

Ram Jhula & Triveni Ghat: Take a walk across the iconic suspension bridge, Ram Jhula, enjoying the views of the Ganges. Later, witness the enchanting Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat, a mesmerizing evening ritual where lamps are floated on the Ganges amidst chanting and prayers – a truly spiritual and unforgettable experience.

Beatles Ashram (Chaurasi Kutia): If time permits before or after the Aarti, visit the famous Beatles Ashram (Chaurasi Kutia), a historical site where The Beatles stayed in 1968, now a serene and artistic haven.

Night: Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 7: Rishikesh - Transfer to Delhi | Departure Day

Morning: After breakfast, check out from your Rishikesh hotel.

Day: Begin your comfortable transfer back to Delhi (Airport/Railway Station) for your onward journey, carrying a treasure trove of incredible memories from your Uttarakhand Glacier & Lakes Trail adventure.
