The Terms and Conditions have been made for users who are willing and who have purchased the service from our Company.
1. Booking Method:
a) During the time of booking 50% advance payment of the total tour cost must be paid by the user.
b) The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days prior to the tour departure date. If your booking is made within 30 days of your travel date, the full payment (100%) must be paid immediately to confirm your reservation.
c) Once the payment is received, our team will issue an official booking confirmation and itinerary for your reference.
2. Payment Mode and Billing:
a) All payments to okfortravel.com (Iksana International) can be made through bank transfer, UPI. All payments to okfortravel.com (Iksana International) can be made through cash, bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, or other authorized digital payment options.
b) After completing your payment, we will send you a payment acknowledgement and an official invoice or receipt for your records.
c) Payments must be made strictly in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for international travellers.
d) 5% GST on the Tour Package will be applicable as per Laws.

3. Cancellation and Refund:
a) If the Trip is cancelled prior to 45 days of departure 30% of the Tour cost will be charged rest 70% of Tour cost will be refunded.
b) If the Trip is cancelled in between 44 Days and 31 Days then 40 % of the Tour cost will be charged rest 60% of Tour Cost will be refunded.
c) If the Trip is cancelled in between 30 Days and 15 Days then 50 % of the Tour Cost will be charged rest 50% of the Tour Cost will be refunded.
d) If the Trip is cancelled within 15 days to Departure – 100% of the Tour Cost will be charged.

4. Late Payment and Cancellation:
a) If the final payment is not received within the mentioned timeline, okfortravel.com (Iksana International) reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
b) In such cases, the advance amount may be forfeited as per company policy.
c) Reconfirming a cancelled booking will depend on current availability and may result in revised package costs.
d) Guests are advised to make timely payments to avoid cancellation risks and ensure confirmed arrangements with hotels, airlines, and transport operators.
e) All cancellations or delays in payment should be communicated to our team in writing via our official mail connect@okfortravel.com
5) Booking Modifications and reschedule:
a) We understand that travel plans may change. Guests who wish to modify their travel dates, destinations, or participant details must inform okfortravel.com (Iksana International) at least 15 days before the tour departure date via mail or contact number and is subject to additional costs and availability of hotel and transport booking.
b) Reschedule Tour packages requested after this period may not be guaranteed due to third-party commitments such as hotel and transport bookings. All changes will be subject to approval, service availability, and any additional costs applicable at that time.
6) Travel Documents:
a) Every traveller must carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License) during the journey.
b) In some destinations, additional permits or passes may be required, which our team will inform you about in advance.
c) com (Iksana International) will not be responsible for any delay, denial, or cancellation caused due to missing, expired, or invalid documents. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are accurate and up to date before departure.
d) Always keep a digital copy of your ID handy for smoother check-ins and verification.
7) Communication:
a) All official communication from okfortravel.com (Iksana International), including booking confirmations, invoices, travel details, and important updates, will be sent to the registered email address provided during booking.
b) Guests are encouraged to check these communications regularly to stay updated about any changes or instructions related to the tour. In case you do not receive confirmation within 24–48 hours after payment, please contact our support team immediately.
8) Force Majeure:
Incase of any natural calamities such as (earthquake, flooding, cloudburst, landslide, road and tunnel blockage) and man made disruption such as (strikes, protest, road and rail blockade, curfew, terror attacks) the tour package can be cancelled by Okfortravel as per their convenience and the refund amount shall be provided to the user as per their own convenience.
