Welcome to Tripura! Depending on your arrival, dive into the state's royal and spiritual heritage.

1. Arrival in Agartala: Arrive at Agartala Airport (IXA), transfer to your hotel and check-in.
2. Sightseeing (Based on Arrival Time):

• If arriving before 11:00 AM: Proceed for sightseeing including the Tripuri Sundari Mata Mandir (Matabari) in Udaipur, the nearby Kasba Kali Mandir, and the beautiful Neermahal (Water Palace) near Melaghar (requires boat ride).
• If arriving after 12:00 PM: Proceed for sightseeing focusing on the Tripuri Sundari Temple in Udaipur and Neermahal near Melaghar.

Day 2: Agartala – Unakoti/Chobimura – Agartala

Choose your adventure: ancient rock carvings to the north or stunning river sculptures to the south.

1. Option A: Unakoti Excursion:
2. Drive to Unakoti: After an early breakfast, take a long day trip driving north to Unakoti (approx. 4-5 hours one way).
   • Unakoti Exploration: Explore the archaeological site famous for its massive bas-relief rock cuttings and stone sculptures dedicated to Lord Shiva.
   • Return & Ujjayanta Palace: Drive back to Agartala. If time permits, visit the magnificent Ujjayanta Palace (Tripura State Museum).

1. Option B: Chobimura Excursion:
   • Drive to Chobimura: After breakfast, drive towards the Amarpur subdivision (approx. 2-3 hours).
   • Chobimura Exploration: Take a boat trip on the Gomati River to see the rock panel carvings etched onto cliffs in the Chobimura forest area.
   • Return to Agartala: Drive back to Agartala in the evening.

Day 3: Agartala Airport – Guwahati Airport - Shillong

Fly from Tripura to Assam, then drive up to the charming hill station of Shillong.

1. Agartala Airport: After breakfast, transfer to Agartala Airport (IXA).
2. Flight to Guwahati: Take your scheduled flight to Guwahati Airport (GAU).
3. Guwahati to Shillong Transfer: Upon arrival, meet your vehicle for the transfer to Shillong (approx. 3-4 hours), stopping at Umiam Lake viewpoint if desired.
4. Shillong: Arrive in Shillong, check into your hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 4: Shillong – Dawki – Mawlynnong – Shillong

Discover the crystal-clear rivers and Asia's cleanest village near the Bangladesh border.

1. Shillong (Departure): After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion.
2. Dawki: Drive to Dawki (approx. 3 hours). Enjoy a boat ride on the Umngot River and see the Tamabil border crossing.
3. Mawlynnong (Mawlalong): Drive to Mawlynnong, famed as 'Asia's Cleanest Village'. Explore the village, see the nearby Living Root Bridge (Riwai) and Balancing Rock.

Day 5: Shillong - Cherrapunji - Shillong

Experience the dramatic landscapes, waterfalls, and living caves of the 'wettest place on earth'.

1. Shillong (Departure): After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Cherrapunji (Sohra).
2. Cherrapunji Sightseeing: Visit key attractions like Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and Arwah Cave.

Day 6: Shillong – Aizawl (By Flight) & Sightseeing

Fly to Mizoram and get your first glimpse of Aizawl's unique culture and views.

1. Travel to Aizawl: Check out from Shillong. Transfer to Shillong Airport (SHL) or drive back to Guwahati Airport (GAU) (3-4 hrs) for your flight to Aizawl (AJL).
2. Aizawl Arrival: Arrive at Lengpui Airport (Aizawl), transfer to your hotel and check-in.
3. Aizawl Sightseeing: Visit the unique Solomon's Temple. Enjoy panoramic views from Skywalk Café or a similar viewpoint.
4. Aizawl: Overnight stay in Aizawl.

Day 7: Aizawl – Thenzawl/Reiek Tlang - Aizawl

Choose your day trip: south to waterfalls and hills, or west for a rewarding trek and village experience.

1. Option A: Thenzawl Excursion:
   • Take a day trip towards Thenzawl. Visit Hmuifang Hills. Get a view of Vantawng Falls. Visit the Golf Course in Thenzawl.  Return to Aizawl.
2. Option B: Reiek Tlang Excursion:
   • Drive to Reiek Tlang. Trek to the summit for panoramic views. Explore the model Mizo village. Return to Aizawl.
3. Aizawl: Overnight stay in Aizawl.

Day 8: Aizawl – Imphal (By Flight) & City Tour

Fly to Manipur, the 'Jewelled Land', and explore its capital city's heritage.

1. Aizawl : Check out and transfer to Aizawl Airport (AJL).
2. Flight to Imphal: Take your flight to Imphal (IMF).
3. Imphal Arrival: Arrive, transfer to your hotel and check-in.
4. Imphal City Tour: Visit Kangla Fort, Shri Shri Govindajee Temple, Manipur State Museum, State Art Gallery, and Cheiraoching Hills (War Cemetery).
5. Imphal: Overnight stay in Imphal.

Day 9: Imphal – Moirang - Loktak – Imphal

Discover the unique floating lake and Manipur's significant history in the freedom struggle.

1. Imphal : After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion.
2. Moirang & INA Museum: Drive to Moirang, visit the INA Memorial Complex & Museum.
3. Japanese War Memorial: Visit the nearby Japanese War Memorial.
4. Loktak Lake & Keibul Lamjao: Proceed to Loktak Lake. Take a boat ride and visit the Keibul Lamjao National Park area (viewpoint for Sangai deer).

Day 10: Imphal – Kohima (By Road) & Sightseeing

Journey into Nagaland, reflecting on history and experiencing local life.

1. Imphal (Departure): Check out, drive to Kohima, Nagaland (approx. 4-5 hours).
2. Kohima Arrival: Check into your hotel.
3. WWII Cemetery: Visit the Kohima War Cemetery.
4. Nagaland State Museum: Explore the Nagaland State Museum.
5. Street Walk: Take an evening street walk through Kohima town.
6. Kohima: Overnight stay in Kohima.

Day 11: Kohima – Khonoma – Kaziranga

Visit Asia's first green village before a long drive back to Assam's wildlife haven.

1. Khonoma Village: Morning excursion to Khonoma Village, explore its heritage and conservation efforts.
2. Drive to Kaziranga: Depart for the long drive to Kaziranga, Assam (approx. 6-8 hours).
3. Kaziranga (Arrival): Arrive late evening, check into your hotel/resort. Overnight stay.

Day 12: Kaziranga - Guwahati Departure

Experience the wild heart of Assam before heading to the gateway city.

1. Kaziranga Wildlife Sanctuary: Embark on an early morning Jeep or Elephant Safari (must be pre-booked, additional cost) inside the sanctuary to spot rhinos and other wildlife.
2. Kaziranga (Departure): After breakfast and safari, check out.
3. Drive to Guwahati: Drive to Guwahati (approx. 4-5 hours).
4. Guwahati: Check into your hotel upon arrival. Evening free.

Day 13: Guwahati Departure

Your extensive Northeast exploration concludes.

1. Guwahati (Check-out): After breakfast, check out from your hotel.
2. Departure Transfer: Transfer to Guwahati Airport (GAU) for your onward journey.
