Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Siliguri to Lataguri

The journey begins with your arrival at Bagdogra Airport (Siliguri) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP). Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Lataguri, which is approximately a 2-hour drive.

1. Lataguri: Upon arrival, you will check into your resort and have the rest of the day to relax and prepare for the upcoming tour.
2. Tea Estates: You can take a leisurely walk through the surrounding tea estates and enjoy the serene beauty of the Dooars region.

Day 2: Gorumara National Park & Excursion to Sittong

Today is dedicated to exploring the wildlife and scenic beauty of the region.

Gorumara National Park: You will embark on a safari at Gorumara National Park, which is known for its population of Indian rhinoceros.

1. Sittong: You will take a day trip to Sittong, a beautiful village known as the "Orange Village" of North Bengal. You will visit the Ahaldara View Point for a panoramic view of the mountains and Namthing Pokhri, a beautiful lake.
2. Jogighat Bridge: You will also get a chance to see the Jogighat Bridge, which is a historical bridge over the Riyang River.

Day 3: Lataguri to Jhallong

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Lataguri and drive to Jhallong, which is a scenic drive of approximately 2-3 hours. Along the way, you will visit some beautiful spots.

1. Murti Riverside: You will make a stop at the beautiful Murti Riverside to enjoy the tranquil scenery.
2. Samsing Tea Gardens: You will pass through the beautiful tea gardens of Samsing and enjoy the lush green landscapes.
3. Laliguras View Point: You can also visit the Laliguras View Point for a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and forests.
4. Jhallong: Upon arrival in Jhallong, you will check into your hotel and have the rest of the day to relax. You can enjoy the sunset at the Jaldhaka River.

Day 4: Bindu & Departure

Today is dedicated to exploring the scenic beauty of the Indo-Bhutan border before your departure.

1. Bindu Village & Barrage: You will visit Bindu Village and the Bindu Barrage on the Jaldhaka River, which is located on the border of India and Bhutan.
2. Kumai Forest & Rocky Island: You will also visit the serene Kumai Forest and the beautiful Rocky Island.
3. Departure: After the sightseeing, you will be transferred to Siliguri/NJP/New Mal Junction for your onward journey.
