Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad & Sightseeing

The journey begins with your arrival at Ahmedabad, the largest city in Gujarat. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. After checking in, you will embark on a sightseeing tour of the city's key attractions.

1. Sabarmati Ashram: Visit Sabarmati Ashram, the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi. It is a peaceful and historical place that offers a glimpse into the life and work of the "Father of the Nation."
2. Akshardham Temple: Explore the magnificent Akshardham Temple, a beautiful and intricately carved temple dedicated to Lord Swaminarayan.
3. Sidi Saiyyed Mosque: Visit the Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, a beautiful mosque known for its intricate stone lattice-work, especially the "Tree of Life" window.
4. Kankaria Lake: Spend the evening at Kankaria Lake, a popular recreational spot with various activities and a serene atmosphere.

Day 2: Ahmedabad - Patan - Modhera - Ahmedabad

Today is dedicated to an excursion to the historical sites of Patan and Modhera. The round-trip journey from Ahmedabad is approximately 263 km.

1. Rani ki Vav (Patan) : Visit Rani ki Vav, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This magnificent stepwell is a masterpiece of ancient Indian architecture and is known for its intricate carvings and sculptures.
2. Modhera Sun Temple: Explore the Modhera Sun Temple, a beautiful temple dedicated to the Sun God. The temple is known for its exquisite architecture and carvings.

Day 3: Ahmedabad - Kevadia

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Ahmedabad and begin your journey to Kevadia, home of the world's tallest statue. The drive takes approximately 4-5 hours.

1. Statue of Unity: Upon arrival, you will visit the Statue of Unity, a massive statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. You can take an elevator to the viewing gallery for a panoramic view of the surrounding landscapes.
2. Exhibition Hall & Museum: Explore the exhibition hall and museum at the base of the statue, which provides information about the life and contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
3. Valley of Flowers: Take a stroll through the beautiful Valley of Flowers, a garden with a variety of colorful flowers and plants.
4. Sardar Sarovar Dam: Visit the Sardar Sarovar Dam, one of the world's largest dams.
5. Light & Sound Show: In the evening, you will witness a spectacular light and sound show at the Statue of Unity, which tells the story of the life of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

Day 4: Kevadia - Vadodara

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Kevadia and continue your journey to Vadodara. The drive takes approximately 2-3 hours.

1. Jungle Safari: Before leaving Kevadia, you will have the opportunity to experience a jungle safari, which is a great way to see the local flora and fauna.
2. Cactus Garden: Visit the Cactus Garden, which has a large collection of cacti and succulents.
3. Ekta Mall: You can also stop at Ekta Mall, a modern shopping complex.
4. Lakshmi Vilas Palace: Upon arrival in Vadodara, you will check into your hotel and visit the magnificent Lakshmi Vilas Palace, a grand palace that is a great example of Indo-Saracenic architecture.

Day 5: Vadodara - Nishkalank - Bhavnagar

Today is a long travel day. After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Vadodara and begin your journey to Bhavnagar. The drive takes approximately 5-6 hours, with a significant stop along the way.

1. Nishkalank Mahadev Temple: You will visit the Nishkalank Mahadev Temple, a unique temple located on a small island in the Gulf of Khambhat. The temple is only accessible during low tide.
2. Koliyak: The temple is located at Koliyak, a place with a beautiful beach and a serene atmosphere.

Upon arrival in Bhavnagar, you will check into your hotel and have the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 6: Bhavnagar - Diu

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Bhavnagar and drive to Diu, a beautiful island town. The drive takes approximately 4-5 hours.

1. Diu Fort: Upon arrival in Diu, you will check into your hotel and visit the famous Diu Fort, a massive fort with a beautiful view of the Arabian Sea.
2. St. Paul's Church: Visit St. Paul's Church, a beautiful baroque-style church known for its intricate carvings and historical significance.
3. Diu Museum: Explore the Diu Museum, which houses a collection of historical artifacts and sculptures.
4. St. Thomas Church: Visit St. Thomas Church, which has been converted into a museum and is a great place to learn about the history of Diu.
5. Diu Beach: End the day by enjoying the serene beaches of Diu.

Day 7: Diu - Sasan Gir

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Diu and drive to Sasan Gir, the famous home of the Asiatic Lions. The journey takes approximately 2-3 hours.

1. Sasan Gir Lion Sanctuary: Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and proceed for a safari in the Sasan Gir Lion Sanctuary, which is the only place in the world where Asiatic Lions can be found.
2. Gir National Park: Explore the Gir National Park, which is a diverse ecosystem with a variety of flora and fauna.
3. Devalia Park: You will also visit Devalia Park, a fenced area within the sanctuary that offers a higher probability of spotting lions.

Day 8: Sasan Gir - Somnath

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Sasan Gir and drive to Somnath, a major pilgrimage site. The journey takes approximately 1-2 hours.

1. Somnath Temple: Upon arrival in Somnath, you will check into your hotel and visit the famous Somnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva.
2. Bhalka Tirth: Visit Bhalka Tirth, a place where Lord Krishna is believed to have been shot by a hunter.
3. Triveni Ghat: Visit Triveni Ghat, a confluence of three rivers, a holy site for pilgrims.

Day 9: Somnath - Porbandar - Dwarka

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Somnath and drive to Dwarka. The journey takes approximately 4-5 hours, with a stop in Porbandar.

1. Kirti Mandir (Porbandar): Visit Kirti Mandir, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. It is a beautiful memorial dedicated to the "Father of the Nation."
2. Sudama Temple: Visit the Sudama Temple, a temple dedicated to Sudama, the childhood friend of Lord Krishna.
3. Dwarkadhish Temple: Upon arrival in Dwarka, you will check into your hotel and visit the famous Dwarkadhish Temple, a magnificent temple dedicated to Lord Krishna.
4. Aarti at Dwarkadhish Temple: In the evening, you will witness the mesmerizing Aarti at the Dwarkadhish Temple.
5. Bet Dwarka: You will take a ferry to Bet Dwarka, an island located off the coast of Dwarka. It is believed to be the ancient residence of Lord Krishna.
6. Nageshwar Mahadev Temple: Visit the Nageshwar Mahadev Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva.
7. Rukmini Temple: Visit the Rukmini Temple, a temple dedicated to Rukmini, the chief queen of Lord Krishna.

Day 10: Dwarka- Ahmedabad.

Day 11:  Ahmedabad Departure

1. Your tour of the beautiful landscapes of Gujarat concludes today. After breakfast, you will be transferred to Ahmedabad Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
