Day 1: Arrive in Amritsar
The tour begins with your arrival in Amritsar. After checking into your hotel, you will proceed for a sightseeing tour of the city's key landmarks.
- Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib): Visit the holiest shrine of Sikhism, a magnificent temple with its dome covered in gold. The serene atmosphere and beautiful architecture are an unforgettable experience.
- Jallianwala Bagh: This historical garden is a memorial to the victims of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. It's a place of great historical significance and a sobering reminder of India's freedom struggle.
- Shri Durgiana Mandir: A Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Durga, this temple is also known as the Silver Temple due to its silver doors. It's a beautiful architectural marvel.

Day 2: Amritsar - Dalhousie Transfer and Sightseeing
After breakfast, you will be transferred from Amritsar to Dalhousie. This scenic drive takes approximately 4-5 hours. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and embark on a sightseeing tour of the local attractions.
- Panchpula: Panchpula, which means "five bridges," is a scenic spot with gushing streams and waterfalls. It is also the memorial of Sardar Ajit Singh, a freedom fighter. The area is perfect for a nature walk.
- Subhash Baoli: A beautiful perennial spring, this spot is named after Subhash Chandra Bose, who spent a lot of time here. It's a tranquil place to relax amidst the serene natural surroundings.
- St. Francis Church: This beautiful Roman Catholic church, built in 1894, is a major landmark in Dalhousie. Its colonial architecture and serene surroundings make it a must-visit.
- St. John's Church: One of the oldest churches in Dalhousie, St. John's Church is known for its beautiful colonial architecture and peaceful atmosphere.
Day 3: Dalhousie Excursion
Today is dedicated to a full-day excursion to the nearby town of Chamba and the beautiful meadow of Khajjiar.
- Chamba: Known for its ancient temples and rich cultural heritage, Chamba is a historical town located on the banks of the Ravi River. You'll visit some of its famous temples and soak in the local culture.
- Khajjiar: Often called the "Mini Switzerland of India," this stunning meadow, with its serene lake and dense deodar forests, is a popular destination. It's a perfect place for a peaceful walk or to enjoy the scenic beauty.
- Laxmi Narayan Temple: A complex of six temples dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva, this temple is a masterpiece of local architecture.
- The Chowgan: A large, lush green ground in the heart of Chamba, The Chowgan is the hub of all local activities and festivals. It's a great place to experience the local lifestyle.
- Bhuri Singh Museum: This museum in Chamba houses a collection of ancient artifacts, traditional paintings, and historical documents, offering a deep insight into the region's rich past.
Day 4: Dalhousie - Dharamshala Transfer and Sightseeing
After breakfast, you will be transferred from Dalhousie to Dharamshala. This scenic drive takes approximately 3-4 hours. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and proceed for a sightseeing tour of the area.
- Dalai Lama Monastery (Tsuglagkhang Complex): This is the official residence of the Dalai Lama. It's a peaceful and spiritual place where you can learn about Tibetan Buddhism and soak in the tranquil atmosphere.
- Mcleodganj: Often referred to as "Little Lhasa," McLeodganj is the home of the Dalai Lama and the center of Tibetan culture in India. You can explore the vibrant streets and enjoy the unique blend of Indian and Tibetan cultures.
- Dal Lake: Named after the famous Dal Lake in Kashmir, this small lake in Dharamshala is surrounded by deodar trees and offers a serene environment.

Day 5: Dharamshala - Manali Transfer
Today, you will be transferred from Dharamshala to Manali. This is a long journey, approximately 7-8 hours, but the drive is incredibly picturesque.
- St. John's Church in the Wilderness: Located near Dharamshala, this beautiful church is known for its neo-gothic architecture and a memorial to Lord Elgin, a former Viceroy of India.
- Norbulingka Institute: This institute is dedicated to the preservation of Tibetan art and culture. You can visit the various workshops and see traditional Tibetan art being created.
Day 6: Manali Sightseeing
Today is dedicated to an adventure-filled day exploring the attractions around Manali.
- Rohtang Pass: (Subject to availability and weather conditions) Visit the famous Rohtang Pass, a high mountain pass on the eastern Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas. The pass offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers.
- Solang Valley: Known for its breathtaking views and adventure sports, Solang Valley is a key attraction in Manali. Depending on the season and availability, you can indulge in activities like paragliding, zorbing, or a thrilling ropeway ride.

- Mighty Himalayas View: The drive itself is a major part of the experience, offering breathtaking views of the Shivalik mountain ranges and the beautiful landscape of Himachal Pradesh. Upon arrival in Shimla, you'll check into your hotel and have the rest of the day to relax.
Day 9: Shimla Sightseeing
Today is dedicated to exploring the scenic beauty and attractions of Shimla and the nearby hill station of Kufri.
- Half-day Excursion of Kufri: Known for its lush greenery and stunning views, Kufri is a popular destination for families.
- Indira Tourist Park: A popular spot for tourists in Kufri, this park is known for its serene environment and various recreational activities.

- Rock Garden: This unique garden is a masterpiece created by Nek Chand from industrial and urban waste. It's a one-of-a-kind place with beautiful sculptures and waterfalls.
- Sukhna Lake: A serene lake at the foot of the Shivalik hills, Sukhna Lake is a popular spot for jogging, boating, and enjoying the beautiful sunset.
Day 11: Chandigarh Departure
- Your grand tour of Himachal Pradesh concludes today. After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel and be transferred to the Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
